CAN I CHOOSE A DELIVERY TIME SLOT?
Our delivery partner will contact you to confirm the delivery. We do not offer time slot selection at the moment.
WHAT ARE YOUR DELIVERY OPTIONS AND WHAT ARE THE FEES?
We offer the following delivery options:
- Standard delivery* (within 2-3 business days). 25 Dhs
- Standard Shipping is free on all orders of 100 AED and over.
- Any orders of 99 AED or less will be charged a minimum delivery fee of 25 AED.
WHAT DO I DO IF I MISSED THE DELIVERY OF MY ORDER?
If you have already missed the delivery appointment, an agent from our delivery partner will contact you either by email, phone call or mobile sms to inform you of the missed delivery and will set a new time for another delivery.
DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
No, unfortunately for now, we are only accepting orders for delivery within the UAE only. If you would like to place an order for our lashes and are outside of the UAE, please place your interest at firstname.lastname@example.org and someone from our team will look to see how we are able to assist you.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Our delivery shipping partner is Aramex, so you can also track your package by also visiting their website directly at https://www.aramex.com , navigate your way to the tracking section and then type in your tracking number.
ARE THERE AREAS WITHIN THE UAE WHICH YOU WILL NOT HAND DELIVER TO?
We have chosen to use Aramex as our shipping partner for the U.A.E. as they have an extensive coverage of the country, however, that being said, there are certain limited service areas where they will either not be able to hand deliver your shipments or reduce delivery frequency to once or twice
per week and hence are unable to offer a next day service. We apologise in advance if you live in one of those areas, however, delivery regions are out of our control.

HOW OFTEN DO YOU POST YOUR PRODUCTS?
We aim to ship our products each working day. Our hours of operation are Sunday through to Thursday from 9.00am to 5.00pm Gulf Time Zone (UTC+04:00). We will do our best to get your products to you at your earliest convenience, but if your order has not reached you within the
promised time of our shipping partner, please email email@example.com with subject line: ORDER NOT RECEIVED. Please include your order and tracking number so we can follow up with our logistics partner.
WHAT DO I HAVE TO PRESENT AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY?
In the UAE, the driver may insist on seeing some form of government issued ID for security purposes. This could be one of the following:
- Emirates ID
- UAE Issued Driving Licence
I’VE BEEN WAITING LONGER THAN EXPECTED FOR MY DELIVERY, WHAT SHALL I DO?
Please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org with your tracking number and we will speak to ARAMEX and identify the issue and then get back to you. Please put ORDER NOT RECEIVED in subject title.
DO YOU OFFER COLLECTION IN THE UAE?
No, unfortunately we do not offer collection in the UAE, delivery only.
DO YOUR SALES INCLUDE THE CUSTOMS FEES & TAXES IMPOSED BY MY COUNTRY?
International Orders (outside of UAE) may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by your country’s customs department upon arrival. When ordering from www.ninaubhicosmetics.com, the recipient of the shipment is the importer of record and is responsible for any of these import fees, as well as complying with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Nina Ubhi Cosmetics does not collect custom duties & levies and we are unable to ascertain what your particular charges may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so please contact your local customs office for more information.
I DON’T WANT TO RECEIVE MY ORDER, WHAT CAN I DO?
Order cancellation requests will be considered but are not guaranteed. This is simply because we try to ship out orders as quickly as possible, and we cannot cancel an order once it has been dispatched. Once you receive an order confirmation by email, it means your order is already being
processed and cannot be changed or cancelled.
