HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY REFUND?
Refunds will only be offered for cancelled orders due to unavailability of stock and can take up to 5 working days to be refunded. Refunds will be made through original mode of payment.
I DON’T LIKE THE STYLE OF LASH I BOUGHT, CAN I RETURN AND ASK FOR A REFUND?
We accept returns within 7 days of receipt, only if their delivery packaging has not been opened or the products are damaged or the wrong product has been delivered. Please notify us within 48 hours by emailing us at email@example.com and return the box in its original packaging. In such instances, we will endeavour to send you another or refund the payment.
We can only accept returns of products that have not been tampered with, are sealed and remain in the original packaging. If all these conditions are met, please ship your products back to us using a registered courier service and we will issue a full refund. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any returned shipments if the product has been used or tampered with. Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable.
Please note that for eye lashes, discrepancies may occur, so if the lashes differ from one another in regard to hair assignment, they are handmade, and this does not
constitute damaged items.
I DON’T WANT TO RECEIVE MY ORDER, WHAT CAN I DO?
Order cancellation requests will be considered but are not guaranteed. This is simply because we try to ship out orders as quickly as possible, and we cannot cancel an order once it has been dispatched. Once you receive an order confirmation by email, it means your order is already being processed and cannot be changed or cancelled.
